MedStar Montgomery Medical Center has announced the selection of Ammon Heisler Sachs Architects to lead the renovation of the hospital’s oncology space. The project, which will break ground this fall, will add an additional 4,000 square feet to the existing 13,000 square feet of cancer care space, as well as another 4,000 square feet for parking and landscaping enhancements.

The expansion will create a single access point for medical oncology, radiation oncology, and infusion, improving the patient experience and providing a more streamlined and efficient environment for cancer care.

Ammon Heisler Sachs has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, creating comfortable, functional spaces for patients and providers alike.
