AMMON HEISLER SACHS architects recently conducted a survey about banking practices since COVID-19 started. We want to thank everyone who took the time to participate in our banking survey. Your responses are meant to help us better serve you in our designs of your branches. They have given us a better understanding of the changes you’ve already made, as well as challenges you are facing or anticipate facing in the future.
We know in this ever-changing climate we are contending with challenges most of us have never encountered before. But by working together, we can easily find solutions that fit your needs for members, customers, and employees alike. We can create safe, functional environments that, while maybe look a little different than before, still operate as efficiently.

The survey itself is 12 questions, the last two being optional. In order to keep our participants anonymous, we have omitted the 12th question from our report.
