This project was a joint venture between AHSa and Mainstreet Design Group, the team was contracted to complete a full renovation of an existing strip shopping center. The façade of the shopping center was updated and the existing vacant home center was remodeled to house 3 big box tenants. Two new additions were added on either end of the center, both are approximately 3,000 sq ft. Another expansion the team also designed and added was a new retail strip to house several smaller tenants.
