M&T Bank created a new branch concept to reflect the essence of their core brand values. In an effort to facilitate the architectural realization of the bank’s vision ASHa committed to meeting LEED® certification requirements, as presented by the USGBC, while they were conceptualizing the design of the branch all the way through the completion of the project.  ASHa worked directly with branch representatives to design a space that would accomplish the goals of the new branch concept and fulfill the requirements for a fully functional branch.  AHSa developed contract documents and worked with the branch representatives through the creation of the design and through construction by providing construction administration.
