Located on the ground floor of M&T Bank’s Mid­Atlantic regional headquarters, AHSa was contracted to renovate this flagship branch in an attempt to increase local retail banking traffic, and enhance existing corporate banking relationships. AHSa incorporated M&T Bank’s new marketing brand standards into the renovation, creating a space that matched the new face of M&T Bank. Through careful design and planning AHSa was able to execute the renovations to the 7,500 sf space while the branch remained fully operational and occupied by both branch employees and customers.  By completing these renovations AHSa was able to increase the bank’s presence along the historic Charles Street corridor in the downtown Baltimore area.
