AHSa was tasked with a complete interior and exterior renovation of an eight story concrete frame hotel, originally built in 1964. The building had suffered severe fire and water damage and AHSa’s challenge was to restore the 70,000 square feet hotel with 138 rooms back to full operational status. AHSa worked closely with hotel executives to create the design for renovations, and plan for executing said design. AHSa also ensured a full accessibility survey was conducted to confirm all upgrades were in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
