Frederick Villa is a 125 bed Nursing Home that was built in 1970. AHSa was contracted by Frederick Villa to meet the Maryland Health Department demands for this facility to increase activity and therapy space to match current requirements.  The renovation and addition included 6,350 SF total space for therapy and activity spaces, new laundry facilities and a renovation and addtion to the dining facility. AHSa created a design and detailed schedule to ensure all existing areas remained fully occupied and fully operational during construction.
