AHSa was contracted to design a new 43,500 sf headquarters and leasable office building located in northern Baltimore. The four-story building includes two levels of parking on the first and second floors with 124 spaces. The third and fourth floors include a variety of office spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen and dining areas, and storage. Natural light infuses the office spaces throughout the open floor plan by limiting office spaces along the perimeter windows, and through ceiling light wells that bring natural light to brighten the interior. Tenants can enjoy a covered, open-air plaza on the fourth floor as a space for collaboration or outdoor dining. Designed to reflect the context of area, the building’s brick and EIFS façade complement the surrounding business park and fitness center.
