Located on the Mezzanine level of the historic Blaustein Building, a 30-story skyscraper built in 1964 that sparked Baltimore’s downtown renaissance in the early 1960’s, AHSa developed the workplace strategy and interior design for the open office space. The key driver for the project was to create a vibrant, professional workplace that allows for collaboration and easy communication. The interior design highlights personal, yet open workstations to allow for natural light throughout the space from the floor to ceiling windows and incorporate the building’s granite columns. Natural colors and wood finishes complement views of the downtown buildings. The main workspace includes two private conference rooms, a galley kitchen, production area, and interiors library.
