Race Pace Bicycle’s Key Highway location was featured in the ARCHITECTCORNER in NAIOP-Maryland‘s Spring 2017 newsletter. The adaptive reuse of the former Mangels Herold Company headquarters, the producers of King Syrup, is now a thriving 13,000 SF retail store and repair shop. The location in Federal Hill connects the store to Baltimore’s burgeoning cycling scene and inspires healthy living and exercise. To make this project successful in the Goodier Properties building, AHSa teamed with MEP engineer, JLR Design Consultants and general contractor, Waverly Construction.
