The new branch at Diamond Farms continues to portray M&T Bank’s fresh branch concept, reflecting the essence of their core brand values. To facilitate the architectural realization of the bank’s vision AHSa committed to meeting LEED® certification requirements, as presented by the USGBC.  Throughout the design process AHSa collaborated with M&T Bank representatives to design and create a space that would allow the bank to achieve their goals of being an environmentally responsible company and also provide a fully functional branch space. The design that AHSa developed is anticipating a LEED Silver Certification.  On this project AHSa developed contract documents and worked with the branch representatives through the creation of the design and through construction by providing construction administration.as they were designing the anticipating LEED® Silver Certification.
